Below you will find info on some of the ‘familiar faces’ on the Hope House team and other key people that work faithfully in our Church, either as paid staff or voluntarily. However, it is important to stress that these people are no more 'important' within the Church than the many, many other folk working in all different areas of Church life, who give freely of their time. All of our Church members are important to God, from the smallest baby to the oldest adult. It’s just that these are some of the names and faces that you are most likely to meet at Hope House, or speak to on the phone.

Elders
An 'Elder' is just another name for a church leader. Elders are appointed, and work closely together to decide the vision and direction of the Church. They co-ordinate the various teams needed to make an effective and caring church - which serves it's members and also the surrounding community. |
Duncan Lee is the overall leader of the Church.
Duncan moved to the area in 2008 to become an Elder at the Family Church, after many years leading another 'New Frontiers' church. He is married to Jo and they have three young children. He is passionate about the church and is looking forward to playing his part in seeing many people won for Jesus in the area.
He is also excited about learning to surf !
